Crossovers have brutally diminished the market share of classic hatchbacks, so these brisky city cars had to evolve. In this video we will cover a special breed of so-called cross hatches. In essence, these are 5-door compact cars with raised clearance and some ruggedized exterior features that would allow a somewhat less painful driving through grass and dirt roads.
