2023 Lucid Air Pure and Touring Super-fast and durable – A surprising new factor in the electric car village
Lucid is expanding the Air product line with two Entry-Level versions, making it easier for users to access this premium electric sedan
Lucid Air Pure launched with a dual engine, and four-wheel drive, starting at $92,900. By standard measurement, the estimated EPA range is 660 km on a single charge.
Fast charging can go 322 km in 15 minutes and the car will have a capacity of about 480 horsepower. Lucid says Air Pure with all-wheel drive can accelerate from 0 – 96 km / h in 3.8 seconds.
The electric Lucid Pure version with rear-wheel drive, and an engine will launch next year for a lower price of only $87,400
Details on power and range are not yet available, but this will be the only Lucid Air with such a configuration. The DreamDrive Driver Assistant is still standard, DreamDrive Pro is optional
The more advanced version of the Air Pure released this time is the Lucid Air Touring. The model has a starting price of $107,400, its dual-motor drive system produces an impressive capacity of up to 620 horsepower, which helps the car accelerate from 0 to 96 km. /h in just 3.4 seconds.
The model also uses the same 18-module long-range battery as the Air Pure, but the EPA’s estimated range is up to 684 km. Lucid Motors says the Air Touring has the best driving performance in the entire Lucid Air Touring lineup.
Lucid Air Touring is equipped with an aluminum roof of the Pure version, an optional Glass Canopy glass roof. More advanced interior materials such as Nappa leather and wood trim are equipped in this version.
The Lucid Air Pure and Touring are available for pre-order now, and the first cars will be delivered later this year. The published price of the car still does not include other surcharges.
