Hi everyone! So in this episode we take our three budget electric cars and see what they’re like for a longer journey. Can you cover more than 200 miles easily enough? What about a trip from London to Edinburgh, how long would that take?
Our cars are;
Hyundai Ioniq 28kwh
Nissan Leaf 30kwh 6.6 Tekna
Renault Zoe ZE40
Which goes further? Which charges fastest?
Destination chargers at a shopping centre tested. Rapid chargers used for return journey.
CCS for the Hyundai
Chademo for the Nissan Leaf
22kw AC for the Renault Zoe
