2011 – ReBuilt 8’*4′ Utility Trailer in Illinois Dec 2011 to bring Christmas gifts back to Washington behind our Prius. Degraded Mar 2016 – 4 years later having sat out in the rain and weather, plywood degraded pretty badly, so tore down and collected other junk. 2023 March Needed to get utility trailer back into service for hauling around a GE Elec-Trak E15 project.

New trailer deck will be ProWood 3/4 in. x 4 ft. x 8 ft. CC Pine Pressure-Treated Plywood Was going to dry and epoxy but didn’t.

Misc hardware is all 3/8 in. Galvanized or Stainless eyelet and Nuts and Bolts 3" to 6" lengths and various fender and lock washers.

Found Pair of Single Axel Trailer Fenders 13" Wheels Tire Skirt Boat Black. Didn’t realize till much later that I had pinched cut wires installing step support boards 🙁

Replaced old tiny city tires with freeway Fenders needed some tweaking in order to fit other aspects of the trailer so did most cuts with oscillating multi-tool

Installing a bumper made of treated 2×4 Ramps made of pair of 2×8 that fold up Ramps have long hinges that act as L-Brackets for slotting into bumper

Installing a cheap Harbor Freight 1000Lbs toung jack with caster so I can stop using a cinder block Will fix cock eyed angle later

Finally working on the front and side rails, using more eyelet hardware for strap attachment points down at trailer deck.

Recycling an old 35lb Cat Litter bucket as a toolbox attached to the tongue along with space for spare tires and tools and wheel blocks and such
