If you’ve seen Rivian-branded DC fast chargers popping up in your area and pondered "will I be able to charge on those?", the answer is "No"… at least, not yet.
But Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe did give some hope that the growing Rivian Adventure Network will be available to other EVs at some point, and a visit to Waynesboro, VA showed us one of many locations that will be appealing to non-Rivian EV drivers when the brand’s chargers open up to others.
This short video in our Quick Charge takes a quick look around that site and when we might expect to see non-Rivian EVs plugging into the 300kW-capable Rivian Adventure Network.
