In this video I look at the camera and parking sensors on a 2021 Citroen e-C4 Shine Plus, with the 50kWh battery. Both have functions which are not explained in other review videos, so this may help any potential e-C4 (or C4) buyers.
The rear reversing camera has "top down vision", which is particularly good when you get close to an obstruction. Even though these do not have the full 360 birds eye view, side vision is simulated from the single rear camera. If you opt for the City Park Pack, which costs £350 extra on the Shine and Shine Plus models, it adds a front camera and then gives you 360 vision.
A standard the 2021 Shine and Shine Plus models front, rear and lateral parking sensors. The Sense and Sense Plus just get rear sensors only. While the top spec cars do not have ultra sonic sensors along the sides of the car, it uses the sensors on the bumpers to measure any objects and then displays the warning as it passes the sides. I try to show this in operation in the video.
