I’ve just picked up my brand new Model 3 Performance and I’m heading straight on a road trip to Devon and Cornwall, even going as far as Lands End. This is my first chance to really get to know the car, whats good, whats bad, how it compares to my Highland Long Range and the previous generations of Model 3.
What is the range of this car in the real world in mixed weather and road conditions, loaded with family and luggage and touring around the beautiful coastline of Devon and Cornwall?
Remember here in the UK we get the 79kWh version of the battery (compared to 82kwh US versions) and "only" 460HP compared to US 510 HP…. We also pay a lot for it, £60,000!
Tesla claim 30% better efficiency with this new performance rear motor… is this really true?
