In this video I take apart a window and mirror switch pack from a 2015 Land Rover Discovery 4. The same part (LR013883 or LR007401) is used in the Discovery 3 and Freelander 2.
In my case, my electric mirror adjustments weren’t working. The mirror adjustment was intermittent and only working in two directions and not four. I purchased a new replacement part from https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/204850793821 and it’s identical to the original Land Rover part and has solved my issues.
I was curious as to what was inside this set of window switches, so before it went in the bin, I took it apart and thought I’d film and share it. I was wondering if the mirror adjuster joystick could be repaired or lubricated, but clearly it’s not a mechanical issue, but an electronic fault on the circuit board.

This video was filmed in October 2024.
