As a 2020 Model 3 owner I wanted to test drive the refreshed Tesla. Is it really better?

The Tesla Model 3 is one of my all time favorite electric cars (or car of any kind) and was the first EV I purchased all the way back in 2020. Since then, Tesla has made a lot of improvements to this vehicle including more range, lower cabin noise, and a much improved interior.

In this Tesla review, I will cover all of the notable differences between my old Tesla and the refreshed 2025 version and help you answer the question, should you just buy a used or new Tesla?

On the surface, there are lots to like about this EV. It now has a heat pump, dual-paned Tesla acoustic glass, a new center screen, and more. Oh, and I give Tesla’s full self driving (FSD) software a try for the very first time!
