Winter roads can be unpredictable, but with these tips, you’ll stay safe and in control:
1️⃣ Check Your Tyres: Ensure they’re properly inflated and have plenty of tread for icy roads.
2️⃣ Vehicle Charging: Keep your EV charged and plan stops for longer trips – cold weather can affect your range!
3️⃣ Snow Mode: If your EV has it, engage snow mode. It will assist in driving safely to suit the conditions of the road.
4️⃣ Use Your Lights: Always keep them on in low visibility to ensure you can see and be seen.
5️⃣ Keep Your Distance: Leave extra space between you and other vehicles – stopping distances are longer in snow or ice.
