This video shows the hidden location of the tool kit in a Nissan E-NV200 electric van. The same will apply to the NV200, Evalia and probably most other vans based on the NV200.
The jack and tools are stored underneath the passenger seat. One one side should be a tool roll containing the brace, jack handle and tow eye. On the other side should be a scissor jack.
