As a young couple heads out for a dinner date, they leave their pup Maverick in the car with Tesla’s Dog Mode turned on to keep him safe and cool. What they don’t know is that Maverick has plans of his own.
While the couple is inside, Maverick takes the wheel for the ultimate dog’s night out. First he grabs a Pup Cup at Starbucks, then he picks up a new toy at the pet store, and finally he makes a new friend at the dog park, taking her along for a romantic drive down the coast.
When the couple returns, Maverick is fast asleep in the passenger seat. But as the man sits down, the squeak of a new toy breaks the silence.
Was it all a dream, or did Maverick really live the night of his life?
Note: Despite appearances, no dogs were driving in this video. Even with Full Self-Driving, Tesla still requires a licensed human, and opposable thumbs, to operate.
