Sarah, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Apprentice: Launch and Change Control
In the summer of 2020, Sarah moved from Leeds to start her Apprenticeship in Launch and Change Control at the Home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood. Since then, Sarah’s been getting involved in many important and technically challenging projects. Her personal highlight was spending time at the Millbrook Proving Ground, one of the world’s leading automotive testing centres, to witness the final pre-launch tests for the company’s new pinnacle product, Phantom Series II.
Sarah also teamed up with her fellow Apprentices to set up a new Apprentice Network. This fantastic initiative gives apprentices working in different roles and departments across the BMW Group a way to connect, share experiences and insights and build their professional links and contacts.
