Blockchain is a series of codes that can be added to electricity through data strings and information. This data could contain a series of bytes of information like what power plant it came from, what time it was generated the average co2 of the national grid and more importantly, what the PRICE per kWh was at the time it was consumed this data could be used for an entire host of things like stopping you discharge free electric for payment or maybe to stop you discharging electric that was more expensive than what you could consume it for at the time. Blockchain is coming to electric and v2g how this might be used will be based on the market and suppliers but I think it could be a powerful tool for NetZero
