In a Tesla, if you try to drive it with bonnet/hood open, you don’t just get warning bongs like you do with other vehicles. Even if you’ve missed the full screen graphic of your car, showing the bonnet open (or hatch or doors), you then get a full descriptive warning message, a button to agree that you know what you’re doing, then after all that it is restricted to 15 mph, so you don’t cause any damage. It’s all very clever.
