The Peugeot e-208 is a great little car for zooming around town in, but with an optimistic 180 mile range, it’s hardly a road trip machine, is it? Never one to avoid an electric challenge, I took it down to Italy and back. Here’s how it went, how I planned it, and why you might want to consider the subscription service, Onto, if you’re planning a EV roadtrip into Europe yourself.
This is part 1 where I skim over a lot of the detail of the journey, so stay tuned for part 2 where every grumble and charge (including tolls) is recorded in detail.
