20230217 Update: The testing traction battery pack is composed of three 50Ah LiFePO4 (4s) 12v modules that are rated for 3C continuous. I’ve labeled these module (C,D,E) for reference. It turns out that I must have used module E for some other task and neglected to recharge it when done. Because it was very out of balance from the other two modules, though not to the point of causing any damage or degraded performance. The recharger using an iCharger x12 hobby charger was at 10Amp but quite a pit of the 20:17:10 (20hours) was spent at a much lower 2~3amps while the balancing leads blead off the excess charge current from modules D and C. Normally this process would be much faster and less wasteful of both time and energy:
* Start Module E: 3.262, 3.253, 3.257, 3.257v –
* Start Module D: 3.325, 3.325, 3.325, 3.323v –
* Start Module C: 3.330, 3.328, 3.334, 3.332v –
* Spent 20:17:10, 42.019v, 38.936Ah, mostly for balance bleeding off the two high modules
* Finish Module E: 3.378, 3.371, 3.378, 3.376v – 1.9 1.8 1.5 3.1mOhm –
* Finish Module D: 3.547, 3.548, 3.554, 3.538v – 1.3 0.7 0.8 1.9mOhm –
* Finish Module C: 3.569. 3.561. 3.585. 3.565v – 1.1 0.9 1.0 1.0mOhm –
* Finish Module E: 38.88, 38.93, 38.91, 38.91Ah
* Finish Module D: 10.76, 11.03, 10.84, 11.28Ah
* Finish Module C: 9.858, 10.00, 12.97, 9.724Ah
