Elon Musk Just Bought Twitter For $43B And Renamed It!
Elon Musk had just completed the official purchase and rebranding of Twitter for $43 billion. It’s entirely out of control. Elon Musk, the tech tycoon, is on his way to becoming omnipotent. He’s a pioneer in space exploration, electric vehicles, cutting-edge research, and artificial intelligence. Now he’s attempting to take over one of the most prominent social networking platforms.
As such, let’s get things started. Already, Elon Musk has put in a $43 billion offer for Twitter. Earlier this month, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey indicated that no decision had been made on Elon Musk’s proposed acquisition of the company. Adding fuel to the fire of rumors of an impending social media power struggle.
On Thursday, billionaire entrepreneur, Mark Cuban, suggested that Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, was simply feigning with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The 37-year-old CEO of Twitter, Parag Agarwal, addressed the company’s workforce. One more step and Elon Musk will have full control of Twitter.
On the other hand, the wedge says that the board will follow a strict procedure before making a decision that is in the best interest of the shareholders. Before Agarwal took the stage, the Backstreet Boys played hits like "I See A Little Prayer" and "I Wanted That Way." After that, Agarwal participated in a 25-minute Q&A session, according to the website.
He didn’t say when or how the board would respond to Musk, and the newspaper reported that numerous staff was annoyed by this. He claims that Musk is playing his own game when dealing with the SEC and that he plans to inflate the value of his Twitter shares before selling them for an enormous profit. Cuban has been keeping a close eye on Musk’s every move when it comes to the social networking company.
Musk announced that he plans to sell Tesla for $43 billion in a private placement. Twitter’s allure to Musk is growing at a breakneck speed. 73,486,938 Twitter shares, or 9.2% of the company, cost him $3 billion on March 14. On April 4, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that Tesla CEO Elon Musk had become the company’s largest shareholder.
Musk’s ideas led to the area being renamed Titer and the possibility of turning the company’s headquarters into a homeless shelter. As far as long-term viability goes, he even doubted Twitter’s existence. Cuban stated on Thursday that he had been enjoying the show and concluded that it was part of Musk’s elaborate plan to irritate the SEC.
