Well we’ve done it again and #ruinedtheweekend! We loaded up our 100% battery #electric #MGZSEV and hit the Warrego Highway from Brisbane to Esk for a weekend of winter camping with the kids. Using just 21kWh per 100 klms in a fully loaded EV with a roof pod on and heater isn’t too bad. With multiple 15 amp power points in the Esk Caravan Park, and a economical $6 fee for #evcharging we enjoyed the convenience of overnight charging while we sat around the campfire with the kids then hit the sack to awake to a chilly morning and a fully charged electric car, PERFECT!
PS: Who was it that said EV’s would ‘Ruin the Weekend’? Ohhh it doesn’t matter, they were out of touch with reality and just trying to keep their mates in business at the expense of the community having a better driving experience in lower emission vehicles with lower fuel costs. Forget them!
