Ford is pushing out an OTA update (22-PU1009-MIL-DTE) to F-150 Lightning trucks to improve the distance-to-empty range estimate. However, unlike the previous OTA updates that I’ve received, my Lightning won’t accept this one. It’s tried to download nearly 20 times now and every time it fails.
I called my dealership and they aren’t aware of any issue with this OTA upload, but there obviously is as I’ve seen others report the same problem in some of the online forums.
