This video shows you the ways you can identify the traction battery size in a Maxus eDeliver 3 electric van. The same van is also a Maxus EV30 in other markets.
These vans come with either a 35kWh or 50.23kWh battery pack. The larger pack was originally a 52.5kWh pack and this video was filmed when that was the case, before it changed.
Maxus dealers can’t get this stuff right. I’ve seen many examples where the vehicle has been registered wrong on the V5. I’ve also seen many examples where vehicles are advertised wrongly. I’ve heard of a handful of cases now where people purchased a 35kWh van and ended up with the larger 50kWh battery, which was great for them. So this video will help those looking to buy a used Maxus eD3 and will help them check that the vehicle listing actually matches the real vehicle spec.
