This episode is all about the Porsche 911 and more specifically our bolt-in electric conversion kit for it. We’ve been converting Porsche 911s to electric for 8 years and this kit is our latest iteration with all that knowledge and experience packed into it.
The kit includes a 60kWh battery pack, with an option of either a 450kW Tesla motor or 220kW Tesla motor. Low voltage wiring loom and HV wiring loom is all made to length with the relevant connectors on. Charging options are Type1 CCS or Type2 CCS along with either a standard 7kW AC charger or the optional 7kW/1ph -11kW/3ph bidirectional AC charger with 3kW V2L capability. Traction control and AC are also other options.
