This system makes a white noise sound below about 18 mph.
Tools you need: 3mm hex key, small flathead screwdriver.
Time: about 10 minutes
This is only a legal requirement for the manufacturers to install the system from the factory. There is no legal responsibility for you to keep it enabled, at least in the US and at the time this video was filmed. Check your local state laws. My state, Pennsylvania, has fairly strict annual inspection requirements, and PWS is not a part of that inspection process.
