In this video we walk through the EPA documents for the Rivian R1T & R1S vehicles with both the large battery and the max pack battery. The EPA documents reveal the usable capacity of each battery pack. This information allows us to extrapolate the difference in capacity between large and max battery packs. With this information we are able to make a more informed decision on if the extra cost of the max pack battery is worth it. We review the pros and cons of max pack as well to find out if it is really worth the extra cost.
