The SWITCH IeV4 Electric Reefer is India’s first 3.5-ton intelligent electric refrigerated truck, specifically engineered for the demanding requirements of cold-chain logistics. From pharmaceuticals to fresh produce and dairy, it provides a high-performance, zero-emission solution for temperature-sensitive cargo in busy urban environments.The IeV4 Reefer is powered by a 32.2 kWh advanced LFP battery and a 60 kW motor, delivering a 130 km real-world range*. Its specialized refrigeration unit can maintain precise temperatures ranging from -25°C to +25°C, ensuring minimal transit loss even when the vehicle is idling in city traffic. With a 310V high-voltage architecture, the vehicle supports DC fast charging, reaching 80% SOC in approximately 55 minutes.Equipped with a 1.2-ton net payload capacity (with reefer body) and a 340 cu. ft. insulated container, the IeV4 offers maximum efficiency for mid-mile and last-mile deliveries. The integrated SWITCH iON telematics platform provides real-time monitoring of both vehicle health and cargo temperature, ensuring total cold-chain integrity.
