FSD transfer Step by step
Tesla is temporarily allowing owners to transfer their Full Self-Driving (FSD) package to a new car. The offer is only available for vehicles delivered between July 20, 2023 and September 30, 2023. The transfer can only be done once and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
* Be the legal and registered owner of the Tesla vehicle with FSD capability
* Take delivery of the new Tesla vehicle on the same Tesla account
* Leased vehicles are not eligible for FSD capability transfer.
* must take delivery of the new vehicle by September 30, 2023

1. Place order for new Tesla
2. add FSD or Message request to add FSD at least 3 days before delivery
3. Sign docusign ( point of no return)
4. Tesla discount the cost of FSD capability from the final payment of your vehicle
5. Price will go up $15k then be removed
My Model Y had HW4 (Red camera lens) wrong firmware on delivery and have to wait on new firmware for AP and FSD to start working
