On the 30th July 2024 my 2024 Tesla Model Y has just received an OTA (over the air) update version 2024.26.3.1 which introduces quite a few changes. In the full video https://youtu.be/x3dN6bHR-tc I run through the main additions and improvements.
One of the additions in this update was a better scheduler for both charging and preconditioning. This is a welcome change as the previous method was pretty awful. Now you can setup both a pre-conditioning and a charging schedule, based on location and set both a start and stop time (yah!) with days of the week. Its simple, easy to use, yet comprehensive enough.
