Tesla Model Y power outlets and making sure your accessories are compatible

From 2022 (vehicles manufactured after Nov 2021), Tesla fitted a 16V lithium-ion low voltage battery in their vehicles instead of the traditional 12V lead-acid battery. Does this now mean the power outlets in the car are 12V or 16V?
If you have a towbar fitted, the electrical socket is stepped down to 12V as I tested this in a previous video https://youtu.be/TifLpKXZt7g. But are the power outlets stepped down too? That’s what I test in this video.
The Tesla Model Y has two cigarette style power outlets. One in the boot and one in the centre console.
The voltage output of the new lithium battery is 15.6V with an operating range of 15.5-15.8V. So when buying accessories to plug into your Tesla, you just need to make sure that it can handle up to a 16V input.
