This was meant to be a short, but I couldn’t edit it down to less than 60 seconds.
I’ve been using the UK Tesla Supercharger network for 3.5 years now and its always been reliable and faultless. However, I was charging my Tesla Model Y at the Oxford Redbridge Park & Ride Superchargers and I had to move my car three times due to failed charges. Each time the car displayed "Charging equipment not ready".
The fans were running in the bases of the Supercharger stalls, so I assume they’re over heating.
Since filming this, I’ve revisited this charger site 5 days later and again I had issues. Stalls 1x & 2x were working this time, but slowly. I was only getting a charge rate of 35kW. I moved to stall 3B and it worked fine and I was getting 174kW.
