Its Friday the 13th and you may or may not be superstitious but for thousands of Tesla owners this morning will be a bad day with devastating news that Tesla overnight dropped new car prices for the Model 3 and Model Y but up to £8,000 !
This will of course have a knock-on effect to the used car market so even in already difficult times with many prices falling sharply recently on the Model 3 especially. A perfect storm has been brewing… recession, interest rate rises, electricity prices soaring, more cars coming off lease, general financial crisis and cost of living. And now this, presumably in reaction to slowing sales. Perhaps manufacturing cost savings. will other manufacturers keep up and also reduce?
