In this video filmed in September 2020, I review the AutoGlym Reflow product to remove etching/staining left from bird droppings on the car’s bodywork. When bird poo falls on the paintwork, it is warm and this is why it leaves etching in the car’s paintwork. It is actually the lacquer (also called clear coat) softening and then later drying to leave a rough and stained finish. AutoGlym Reflow works by heating up the lacquer again so it can soften back to a smooth finish.
