Hi, welcome to Electric Car Australia. In this educational EV video we’ll hear from a panel of experts who ran a session called ‘How soon is now – vehicle to grid’ at the recent Fully Charged Live Sydney show’s Giga Theatre (Sponsored by Polestar) at the International Convention Centre.
I recorded the session so you can hear from experts in this vehicle to grid space namely Rosemary (Rosie) Barnes, session host, Scott Dwyer, Dunstan Power, Tim Washington and David Hiley. Tim Washington had a cracker of a quote saying; “Sometimes you do shit because you want to and not because it makes sense on a spreadsheet”. He was talking about the high cost of V2G but that some people were already doing it, an entire winery running off a Nissan Leaf in South Australia, even though it doesn’t make financial sense yet.
