But first… Market trends update in the EV marketplace. Especially prudent since Rishi Sunak’s change of policy regarding the transition from ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicle to EV. The plan was to cease sales of new combustion cars in 2030 but that has now been delayed until 2035. There’s a bit more to it than that, but in simple terms this is how it’s broadly been taken. So does this mean no longer a demand for Electric Cars? Has everyone kicked back and harnessing the extra time to burn more oil?
Well here is some data and statistics following the announcement, using Autotrader Market Insights and analysis.
Also we cover the latest solar use at our warehouse, how much off grid we’ve been. How much we’ve saved in September and this year so far by having our solar and battery storage system… it’s a lot!
And then we roll into some behind the scenes footage of October 2023 week one. Including a preview of a track day. We took the AMG e53 but DID NOT drive it hard. However a good chance to get it above 70mph and see what it can really do. We also took my Porsche Taycan. Better on track? Plus a Tesla model 3 performance of course.
