Adjusting the gap to the vehicle in front when using Tesla AutoPilot (or adaptive cruise control)

When using Autopilot or adaptive cruise control in a Tesla, you can simply adjust the gap between you and the vehicle in front using the right hand side scroll wheel on the steering wheel.
If you push the scroll wheel to the left, it increases the gap and push to the right, it decreases the gap. Like other vehicles, this gap is measured in car lengths.
This video was filmed in February 2025.
