Citroën My Ami Buggy Electric Vehicles from France | New Auto&Vehicles EV
A French company Citroen revealed the prototype My Ami Buggy Concept has a unique design with the removal of the door scene instead of a transparent waterproof sheet. My Ami Buggy Concept has unique features often seen on off-road vehicles
My Ami Buggy is suitable for long trips, picnics, and adventures on all types of terrain, it gives the driver the ability to go to the most difficult places.
At first glance, the My Ami Buggy Concept seems to have no doors, but it is not. The yellow sections along the lower edge of the bodywork can be opened up for easier access to the cabin. Although not visible in promotional photos and videos, the My Ami Buggy Concept is presented as having transparent, removable curtains that can be installed by the user if the weather is bad.
Citroen has put small brush guards on the headlights and taillights and has a neon yellow, khaki, and black color scheme, along with matte gold wheels.
Along with a set of full-size off-road spikes and a set of extras, such as a roof-mounted light bar and a spare tire. The panoramic sunroof is equipped with a spare wheel and LED lights for late-night off-road excursions. Protectors for the front and rear lights have also been added.
The Buggy Concept also features bins for storing items on the console, items protected by a translucent gold shelf above. There are also many 3D printed accessories inside, such as a camera mount that can be mounted in four different locations inside the cabin, and a smartphone holder that is located next to the driver.
The French automaker hasn’t detailed powertrain or battery specifications and outputs, although it is said to be very similar to the regular Ami doing strict four-wheel drive regulations.
The regular Citroen Ami is powered by a single electric motor that produces 6kW of power and is powered by a 5.5kWh lithium-ion battery with a top speed of 45km/h.
Citroen claims the regular Ami has a range of 75km under the World Motorcycle Test Cycle test, and the four-wheeler has a curb weight of less than 500kg.
The French automaker will only produce 50 units of the My Ami Buggy, and each will cost €9,800 in France.
