In this video I look at the electric powertrain on a 2023 Ford e-Transit electric van. From the battery pack underneath, to the electric motor, to what’s under the bonnet and the in-cab controls. I go through all the parts of the electric powertrain to show you how this e-Transit is different to the conventional combustion engine versions. This van featured is a 2023 Ford e-Transit Trend L2 H2 with a 198kW (269 PS) motor, twin side doors. All the electric Transits have rear wheel drive and a 68 kWh battery pack.
