Ford notified some of its customers that the NACS to CCS1 adapter they sent them was faulty and needed to be replaced. This is the adapter that Ford sent free of charge to its electric vehicle customers so they could access Tesla Superchargers. This video explains what happened and what to do if you have one of the adapters that Ford sent.
