I’m dismantling an electric motor from a Renault Zoe 22kWh. This is a Q210 motor made by Continental.
I’m struggling to remove the copper coils from the motor housing. There’s no way to lever them out. I’m close to resorting to see if I can smash the aluminium casing! Any ideas?
Also the stator seems to be loaded with copper, but this is completely sealed up both ends. I’m guessing I’ll have to get the angle grinder on this.
