One of the last range updates before firmware is updated to Firmware 10, and MCU is upgraded to MCU2, as the vehicle was involved in a T-Bone Hit & Run on the Illinois Tollway system. Eff the Illinois Tollway for refusing to release the persons license plate. Long story in future video.
