The new 2023 Mercedes-Benz B-Class is an upgraded mid-life version of the 3rd generation, launched in October 2018. The new version is upgraded in design as well as refined in operating equipment.

Mercedes-Benz designers have upgraded the front end of the B-Class with a new front bumper and grille. Adjustments give the new 2023 Mercedes-Benz B-Class a more dynamic appearance. In addition, new LED headlights are also new options.

In addition to the front part, the rear of the 2023 Mercedes-Benz B-Class sedan is also designed with a new two-part LED taillight, along with a new spoiler attached overhead, right on the tailgate. The wheels have also been redesigned and are available in a 19-inch size option.

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz B-Class cockpit features a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, along with a standard 10.25-inch infotainment screen. Customers can also upgrade to the 10.25-inch digital gauge if they wish. In addition, the D-cut flat-bottom steering wheel cluster also brings a sporty style to the interior of the 2023 B-Class, while the center console cluster for the front seats has been omitted.

The replacement is the MBUX system with an integrated fingerprint sensor, Hey Mercedes voice assistant, and a 3-mode control interface Classic, Sport and Discreet. The German car also adjusts interior materials to be more environmentally friendly, including comfort seats with the center section using 100% recycled materials.

2023 Mercedes-Benz B-Class is also upgraded with the Driver Assistance Package, which includes features such as Lane Keeping Assist, Active Steering Control, and optional Trailer Assist.

In terms of operating equipment, all petrol versions of the 2023 Mercedes-Benz B-Class are electrified, with the integration of a 48V mild-hybrid system combined with a belt-start generator. Depending on the market, the B-Class will be offered with versions B 250 e, B180, B200, B220 4Matic, B 250 4Matic, B 180 d, B 200 d, and B 220 d.

The Plug-in Hybrid version of the 2023 B-Class is also upgraded with a high-voltage battery pack, along with a 3.7 kW charging standard. The new charging standard can accept 11 kW AC charging, instead of 7.4 kW as before.

PHEV versions can also be charged using a 22 kW DC charger, which takes just 25 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%. The electric motor is also upgraded by 5 kW and reaches a total capacity of 80 kW.
